FASTag, a Radio Frequency ID Technology introduced by the Government of India, makes it easy and quicker for commuters in India to get through toll plazas quickly and easily. The FASTag card should be attached to the windshield’s upper-middle section. FASTag-enabled toll plazas have a radio frequency reader that scans the FASTag card while in motion and automatically deducts any toll fees from the digital wallet linked to the FASTag.
