If you forget your wallet ID, you can recharge your FASTag wallet using a UPI payment portal. Note that there are different ways to identify a FASTag, like RFID number, Customer ID, registered vehicle number, and a wallet ID. Following are the simple steps you need to follow to recharge FASTag without a Wallet ID using UPI portal:
Step 1: As you create an account and login to the UPI app from Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS.
Step 2: Then select the option of payment via UPI ID and enter your bank’s VPA (Virtual Payment Address).
Step 3: Further you need to follow the instructions to complete the FASTag recharge process.
